Reset your Ro Account Password

  1. Log into your My Ro account using your current account password
  2. Click on the Account tab

  3. Click Change next to Password
  4. Enter the requested information to change your password. Important note: Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain an uppercase letter, number, or symbol. 
  5. Click Update to confirm your changes
