Reset your Ro Account Password
- Log into your My Ro account using your current account password
- Click on the Account tab
- Click Change next to Password
- Enter the requested information to change your password. Important note: Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain an uppercase letter, number, or symbol.
- Click Update to confirm your changes
