Reset your Ro Account Password

  1. Log into your Ro.co account using your current account password.
  2. Click on the icon at the uppermost right corner of your screen. Click on the Account tab within the menu. Ro_PasswordReset_Homepage_Menu.png
  3. Click Edit next to Password.

  4. Enter the requested information to change your password. Important note: Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain an uppercase letter, number, or symbol.

  5. Click Confirm changes to submit the password reset request.
