How to view my order history

From your Ro.co account:

There are two ways to access your Order History within your Ro.co account - (1) directly from your homepage and (2) within your account tab.

Homepage Method

1. Log in to your Ro.co account.
2. Click the Order History tab.
   
   
3. Your Order History will show on the next page.
   
   

Account Tab Method

1. Log in to your Ro.co account. 
2. Click on the icon at the uppermost right corner of your screen. Click on the Account tab within the menu.
   
3. Scroll down to the Order History section in your Account tab and click View.
   

From the Ro app:

1. Log in to the Ro mobile app.
2. Tap on the Profile tab in the lower right corner.
   
   
   
3. Select Order History.
   
   
   
   
4. Your order history will appear on the next page.
