What do I do if I would like to deactivate my Ro account?

Please note, you do have the option to turn off your automatic refills by following the step-by-step instructions listed here. However, if you would like to completely deactivate your Ro account, please contact us at care@ro.co or give us a call at 424-347-6299 from 9 am-6 pm ET for assistance.
