From your Ro account:

  1. Log in to your Ro account.
  2. Click on the icon at the uppermost right corner of your screen. Click on the Account tab within the menu. Ro_PasswordReset_Homepage_Menu.png
  3. Click the Edit button next to the account Email Address. Ro_AccountPage_UpdateEmail.png
  4. Enter the new email address and confirm your current account password, then click Confirm changes. Update email address step 1.png
  5. Check your email for a message from ro@notifications.ro.co to, open the email and click Confirm change to finalize the email address update. Email Address Confirmation.png

From the Ro app:

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Tap on the Profile tab in the lower right corner

  3. Select Email Address

  4. Enter the new email address and confirm your current Ro password, then tap Next

  5. A confirmation will be sent to your email
