From your Ro account:
- Log in to your Ro account.
- Click on the icon at the uppermost right corner of your screen. Click on the Account tab within the menu.
- Scroll down and click Edit next to your Shipping Address.
- Enter the new address and click Update.
From the Ro app:
- Log in to the mobile app.
Tap on the Profile tab in the lower right corner.
Select Shipping Address.
Tap on Update.
Enter your new shipping address and then select Update.
