From your My Ro account:

  1. Log in to your Ro account
  2. Click the Account tabLanding_Account_HL.png
  3. Click Edit next to your Shipping Address

  4. Enter new address and click UpdateChange_Shipping_Address_Confirmation.png

From the Ro app:

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Tap on the Profile tab in the lower right corner

  3. Select Shipping Address

  4. Tap on Update

  5. Enter your new shipping address and then select Update
