From your My Ro account:
- Log in to your Ro account
- Click the Account tab
- Click Edit next to your Shipping Address
- Enter new address and click Update
From the Ro app:
- Log in to the mobile app
- Tap on the Profile tab in the lower right corner
- Select Shipping Address
- Tap on Update
- Enter your new shipping address and then select Update
