Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

At this time we are unable to accept HSA or FSA cards as payment, but we do provide a detailed receipt and prescription copy that can be submitted to your benefits provider for possible reimbursement.

Modern Fertility Hormone Test

The Modern Fertility Hormone Test is eligible for reimbursement through FSA/HSA accounts — but since every plan is different, it’s a good idea to check to make sure the products fit your plan’s guidelines. 

Here's how using your FSA/HSA dollars for Modern Fertility works:

1. Purchase your product: If Modern Fertility products fit your plan’s guidelines, you’ll pay for your purchase out of pocket and submit your receipt for reimbursement.

2. Get your receipt for reimbursement: 

• If you made your purchase after March 15th, 2022, you can download all your receipts from your Ro + Modern Fertility dashboard.
• If you made your purchase prior to March 15th, 2022, send us a note at support@modernfertility.com and we’ll get you a copy of your receipt to submit to your FSA/HSA for reimbursement.
