From your Ro account:
- Log in to your Ro account
- Click on the icon at the uppermost right corner of your screen. Click on the Account tab within the menu.
- Under Payment Details, click Edit next to your active payment method.
To pay using your credit or debit card:
- Enter your payment information above the green bar. You will need to enter your full card number, expiration date, zip code, and card verification code (CVC).
- Once your complete card information has been entered, please click Confirm changes to upload the payment method. Note: Ro is unable to accept reloadable prepaid cards (i.e. VISA, Mastercard, AMEX gift cards). To see what Ro accepts as a payment method, check out our accepted forms of payment.
To pay using PayPal
- Click on the yellow PayPal button to be directed to PayPal and authorize payments via this method. Note: the PayPal login prompt will open in a separate window, so make sure that you do not have a pop-up blocker enabled.
Please note: Once you've connected your PayPal account, this will become the default payment method for your account.
From the Ro app:
- Log in to the mobile app

Tap on the Profile icon in the lower right corner

Select Payment Method

Tap on Update
- You will be prompted to choose either Credit or Debit Card or Paypal.
To pay using your credit or debit card:
- Enter your payment information above the Save button. You will need to enter your full card number, expiration date, and card verification code (CVC).

Once your complete card information has been entered, tap the Save button.
To pay using PayPal:

Tap on the PayPal button to be directed to PayPal to complete the setup.
Please note: Once you've connected your PayPal account, this will become the default payment method for your account.
