From your My Ro account:

  1. Log in to your My Ro account
  2. Click the Account tab in the top left

  3. Under “Billing & Shipping” click Edit next to your active payment method

To pay using your credit or debit card:

  1. Enter your payment information above the green bar. You will need to enter your full card number, expiration date, and card verification code (CVC).
  2. Once your complete card information has been entered, the Save payment method button will become solid green, allowing you to click and save your payment information.

To pay using PayPal

  1. Click on the yellow PayPal button to be directed to PayPal to complete the setup

Please note: Once you've connected your PayPal account, this will become the default payment method for your account.

From the Ro app:

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Tap on the Profile icon in the lower right corner

  3. Select Payment Method

  4. Tap on Update

  5. You will be prompted to choose either Credit or Debit Card or Paypal.

Please note: Apple and/or Google Pay are not supported at this point in time.  

To pay using your credit or debit card:
