You can likely use your own pharmacy, but you would need to work directly with your pharmacy to determine treatment pricing. If you do use your own pharmacy, it’s important to ensure that your pharmacy is able to receive e-prescriptions and that it's part of the Surescripts Network. The Surescripts Network includes 95% of pharmacies across the country.

If you would like to transfer your prescription from the Ro Pharmacy Network to your local pharmacy, please send your healthcare professional a secure message by clicking this link. Please let your healthcare professional know the name, address, and phone number of your chosen pharmacy. Your healthcare professional will respond to your request within two business days.
Transferring my Ro prescription between local pharmacies
In order to have your prescription transferred from your local pharmacy to a new one, you will need to work directly with your local pharmacies. Your desired pharmacy should be able to contact your previous pharmacy to initiate the transfer.
