What if I have questions about my OTC products?

If you're experiencing a medical emergency, please contact 911.

If you would like to speak to a pharmacist about your OTC product, they are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time. To speak to a pharmacist during these business hours, please dial (844) 691–8145.
