From your My Ro account:

  1. Log in to your My Ro account
  2. Under the Treatments tab, find the treatment that you need a refill for
  3. Click on Next order Landing_Next_order_HL.png
  4. If your treatment plan is set up for automatic refills, you’ll see the option to Expedite order. If your treatment plan is on-demand, you'll see the option to Place an order instead.Landing_Expedite_Order_HL.png
  5. If you want your order processed ASAP, click Place Order Now. Or, you can click Reschedule my shipment and then select a future processing date.
  6. Select your preferred shipping option, then confirm your shipping address and payment method is correct.
  7. Click Confirm Order

From the Ro app:

  1. Log in to the Ro mobile app
  2. Tap on the Care tab in the bottom center of the page


  3.  Select the Treatment Card you would like to manage


  4. Scroll down and tap Get now


  5. Select your preferred shipping option and then tap Next


  6. Verify your shipping address and payment method are correct, then tap Confirm.
