Requesting a refill is easy through your My Ro account. To request a refill:
- Log In to your My Ro account
- Under the Treatments tab, find the treatment that you need a refund for
- Click on Next order
- If your treatment is currently on automatic refills, you'll see the option to Expedite order. If your treatment is current On-Demand, you'll instead see Place an order
- Confirm your Shipping Option, Ship To address, and your Payment Method
- Click Confirm Order
