Requesting a refill is easy through your My Ro account. To request a refill: 

  1. Log In to your My Ro account
  2. Under the Treatments tab, find the treatment that you need a refund for
  3. Click on Next order Landing_Next_order_HL.png
  4. If your treatment is currently on automatic refills, you'll see the option to Expedite order. If your treatment is current On-Demand, you'll instead see Place an order Landing_Expedite_Order_HL.png
  5. Confirm your Shipping Option, Ship To address, and your Payment Method
  6. Click Confirm OrderMyRo__Treatment_Order.png
