From your My Ro account:
- Log in to your My Ro account
- Under the Treatments tab, find the treatment that you need a refill for
- Click on Next order
- If your treatment plan is set up for automatic refills, you’ll see the option to Expedite order. If your treatment plan is on-demand, you'll see the option to Place an order instead.
- If you want your order processed ASAP, click Place Order Now. Or, you can click Reschedule my shipment and then select a future processing date.
- Select your preferred shipping option, then confirm your shipping address and payment method is correct.
- Click Confirm Order
From the Ro app:
- Log in to the Ro mobile app
- Tap on the Care tab in the bottom center of the page
- Select the Treatment Card you would like to manage
- Scroll down and tap Get now
- Select your preferred shipping option and then tap Next
- Verify your shipping address and payment method are correct, then tap Confirm.
