From your Ro account:

  1. Log in to your Ro account.
  2. Click on the Care tab from the homepage. Ro_Homepage w: Care.png
  3. Please scroll to the treatment that you'd like to refill. It's important to note that your treatment card will look different, depending on whether your plan is configured for automatic refills.
    1. If your treatment plan is set up for automatic refills, you’ll see the option to Get sooner.
    2. If your treatment plan is on demand, you'll see the option to Order now instead.Request a Refill:Delay Refill_ARandOD copy.png
  4. After clicking Get Sooner or Order Now, you will be brought to the treatment check-out page. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method, confirm your shipping address and update your payment method in the right-side window. Screenshot 2023-09-21 at 3.27.15 PM.png
  5. Click Confirm Order once you are sure that you'd like to proceed. Screenshot 2023-09-21 at 3.29.47 PM.png

From the Ro app:

  1. Log in to the Ro mobile app
  2. Tap on the Care tab in the bottom center of the page

  3.  Select the Treatment Card you would like to manage

  4. Scroll down and tap Get now

  5. Select your preferred shipping option and then tap Next

  6. Verify your shipping address and payment method are correct, then tap Confirm.
