- Choose I need help with my order/account or I have another question

- You will be redirected to the Mail app where you can send an email to the Ro Care Team

For assistance with your treatment plan
- Log in to the Ro mobile app
- Tap on the Messages tab

- Select Start a conversation

- Choose I have a medical question

- From here you can send a secure message to your provider
