How to contact us via the mobile app

If you're experiencing a medical emergency, please contact 911 immediately.

For assistance with your account, billing, or shipping

  1. Log in to the Ro mobile app
  2. Tap on the Messages tab

  3. Select Start a conversation

  4. Choose I need help with my order/account or I have another question

  5. You will be redirected to the Mail app where you can send an email to the Ro Care Team

For assistance with your treatment plan

  1. Log in to the Ro mobile app
  2. Tap on the Messages tab

  3. Select Start a conversation

  4. Choose I have a medical question

  5. From here you can send a secure message to your provider

Please note: Your provider should respond within 2 business days.
