General Troubleshooting for App Issues

This document provides general troubleshooting for the Ro mobile app.

Please note: For now, the Ro app is only available on Apple OS. 

  1. Close and Reopen the App
    • Force the app to close. Then reopen the app to see if it works as expected. For more information, click here
  2. Restart your Device
    • Restart your device. Then, reopen the app to see if it works as expected. Click here for more information.
  3. Check for Updates
    1. See if updates are available for the app. For more information, click here
    2. If updates aren’t available for the app, you may need to update the software on your device. Click here for more information. 
  4. Delete the App and then Redownload it

    2. Then, redownload the app. Click here for additional information. 
    3. Reopen the app to see if it works as expected.
