- Close and Reopen the App

- Restart your Device

- Check for Updates
- See if updates are available for the app. For more information, click here.
- If updates aren’t available for the app, you may need to update the software on your device. Click here for more information.
- Delete the App and then Redownload it

- Then, redownload the app. Click here for additional information.
- Reopen the app to see if it works as expected.
