What are the differences between azelastine, fluticasone, levocetirizine, and montelukast?

Azelastine and fluticasone are nasal sprays. Azelastine is an antihistamine and fluticasone is a corticosteroid.

Levocetirizine and montelukast are oral medications. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine and montelukast is a leukotriene inhibitor.
