I Missed a Phone or Video Call from My Provider. How Do I Contact Them Back?

Not a problem! You can easily reschedule your call by sending your provider a secure message. Your provider will help reschedule your next conversation. 

Once logged in, you'll be prompted with the following menu below:

If you want to view your previous messaging threads with your provider, you click on the Messages tab to view your conversations. Below is a screenshot of what you'll be prompted with:
