Potential side effects include headache, feeling sick, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, skin reaction after exposure to sunlight (photosensitivity), rash, and itching. Less common side effects may involve feeling confused, seeing or hearing things that aren’t there (hallucinations), feeling very drowsy, tremors, feeling agitated, shortness of breath (dyspnea), stomach discomfort, rash, sometimes itchy, hive-like rash (urticaria), low back pain (kidney pain), and blood in the urine (hematuria).
Please read the package insert and report any side effects you experience to your provider, whether they are on the list or not.
Because some of these side effects can affect your ability to drive, it may be best to avoid driving or using machines until you are sure you’re not affected.
