When should I start taking the Modern Fertility Prenatal Multivitamin?

OB-GYNs recommend prenatal vitamins at least a month before trying to conceive to build up nutrients (like folate) that support fetal development during the first trimester — and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) say there’s value in taking them throughout your reproductive years.
