Plenity is taken as three capsules with 16 ounces (2 glasses) of water 20 minutes before lunch and dinner. Plenity absorbs the water it’s taken with and mixes with the food eaten. As you continue to use it, you feel fuller throughout the day. If you miss a pre-meal dose, take Plenity with 16 oz. of water during or immediately after your meal.
It is important to note that Plenity should be combined with a decrease in calories. Moreover, exercise is an important part of any weight loss program and becomes especially important when it comes to weight loss maintenance. When you’re taking Plenity, it is recommended that you exercise for at least 30 minutes at a moderate intensity daily, but you can work your way up to these recommendations over time.
