What are the rare, potentially serious side effects of PDE5 inhibitors?

Serious side effects are rare and can include an erection that will not resolve even after 3–4 hours (priapism), hearing loss (which can be sudden), and vision loss in one or both eyes.

If you are experiencing any of these serious side effects, seek out emergency medical attention immediately.
