Does Modern Fertility sell or share any of my information?

Modern Fertility does not sell your personal health information to third-party organizations. 

Your personal health information (PHI) is shared only to the extent necessary to process your results and provide them to you. This is in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, which ensure the safety and privacy of those receiving healthcare services.

If you purchase the Modern Fertility Hormone Test, you can choose to opt in to sharing your anonymized data with health researchers. You can revoke your consent to this research at any time through your dashboard and your data will be removed from the research data set. 

The Modern Fertility Hormone Test does not test DNA. Our lab does not run any tests on your sample other than the hormones included in your order.
