If you forgot to fast on day 3, testing the morning of day 4 works too — as long as you’re still experiencing some flow on day 4.
If your period has totally stopped by the morning of day 4, you can also hang onto your test for next month. Your Modern Fertility Hormone Test has a shelf life of 2 years, so you have plenty of time!
