I got an email saying my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Occasionally packages are prematurely marked as delivered by the USPS, so we suggest waiting 2 business days for your package to arrive after the date USPS marked it as delivered. It can also help to check all possible locations where you had the order delivered — and to ask your neighbors or people you live with if someone else accepted the delivery for you.
