How do I apply my FSA/HSA to Modern Fertility Products?

Modern Fertility allows for reimbursement using FSA/HSA accounts for all of our products  — but since every plan is different, it’s a good idea to check to make sure the products fit your plan’s guidelines. 

Here's how using your FSA/HSA dollars for Modern Fertility works:

1. Purchase your test: If Modern Fertility products fit your plan’s guidelines, you’ll pay for your purchase out of pocket and submit your receipt for reimbursement.

2. Get your receipt for reimbursement: 

• If you made your purchase after March 15th, 2022, you can download all your receipts from your Ro+ Modern Fertility dashboard.
• If you made purchase prior to March 15th, 2022,, send us a note at support@modernfertility.com and we’ll get you a copy of your receipt to submit to your FSA/HSA for reimbursement.
