Eyelashes take time to grow and effects cannot be seen overnight. Most patients report an increase in eyelash length at 4 weeks. By 8 weeks, increased eyelash darkness and fullness are typically seen. Continuing with daily treatment past week 8 usually results in larger, fuller, thicker, and darker eyelashes, and the full effect of Latisse will likely be seen at 4 months.
If you stop using Latisse, your eyelashes may return to their original appearance over time.
