What Are the Most Common Side Effects of SSRIs (like sertraline)?

The most common side effects of sertraline are:

  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Insomnia
  • Dry mouth
  • Dizziness
  • Fatigue
  • Drowsiness
  • Tremor
  • Dyspepsia
  • Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
  • Ejaculatory dysfunction
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Decreased libido
