What Can I Do About Headaches Caused by PDE 5 Inhibitors Used to Treat Premature Ejaculation (PE)?

Most patients who get headaches caused by PDE5i find that they decrease significantly (or go away completely) with repeated use of the medication.

In the short term, decreasing the dose usually resolves headaches. After a period of time, the dose can be increased again if needed to achieve optimal results. Another option is to take an over the counter pain medicine like ibuprofen or tylenol if a headache occurs.
