Premature Ejaculation: What are my options?

I suffer from ED, but I also have issues with premature ejaculation. What are my options?

There are currently no FDA approved treatments for premature ejaculation.

However, there are a few things that have been studied and shown to work.

1️⃣ Behavioral Techniques

These are things that are probably best taught by an experienced sex therapist although you may be able to find some good information online.

2️⃣ Medicine

Specifically, some research shows that medications like sildenafil help some men. In addition, SSRIs (drugs like Prozac, Zoloft, and Paxil) have been shown to effectively delay ejaculation although they sometimes cause ED. These medicines can actually be used together with ED medication and they seem to work even better. Some people can use the SSRIs as needed but usually they are used daily.

Lastly, a medicine called tramadol (a pain killer) can be used on demand for premature ejaculation. At this time, Roman is only able to help doctors treatment for ED with sildenafil and similar medications. Talk with your doctor about the other possibilities for treatment.
