From your My Ro account:

  1. Log in to your My Ro Account
  2. Click on the Treatments tab
  3. Locate the treatment you would like to delay
  4. Click on Next order

  6. Select a reason from the menu

  7. You will be given the option to delay your order by two weeks, one month, or set a custom date.

From the Ro App:

  1. Log in to the Ro mobile app
  2. Tap on the Care tab in the bottom center of the page

  3. Select the Treatment Card you would like to manage

  4. Tap on Manage plan

  5. Tap on Delay next shipment

  6. Select a reason from the menu

  7. Tap on Confirm to delay your order
    Please note: If you want to delay your order for a different amount of time, please log in to your My Ro Account using your internet browser. Or, you can contact us!

  8. A confirmation message will appear
